 Flash Fiction Competition: Up to 150 words on theme of 'The Accession/Succession' to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Queen coming to the throne on 6th February 1952. Your story does not necessarily have to relate to royalty.

 Give your story a title other than Accession/Succession.

 Bring three copies

 Entry fee £1 per entry, up to two entries allowed

 Judging on the night.

 Valentines Day Themed Workshop

 Presented by Helen Nicell and Rob Summers.

 You will have the opportunity to choose some famous lovers and write a short amorous scene on the night, for their night!

 I f you feel inclined to bring along some wine or chocolates the rest of us will love to share them with you.

 Join us for a glass of wine and the results of the Blue Door story competition in association with our friends at Watford Area Arts Forum. Feedback on the entries will be given by our esteemed judges Grelle White and Leigh Russell, and the eagerly awaited results of the competition will be announced. Who will win the cup and have their story published in the WAAF magazine?
